FAQ’s

  • The occupancy is restricted to a maximum of 8 victims at any given time, with a weight limit of 1000kg

  • We recommend the DoomRoom experience for individuals aged 10 years and over due to the intense nature of the experience

  • Children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult.

  • Footwear is mandatory.
    High heels are prohibited for safety reasons.
    Clothing that may come into contact with the floor should be avoided to prevent any trip hazards or damage to clothing.
    Please be aware that clothing may become wet.

  • To exit the Doom Room, please signal by making a cross above your head with your arms and our staff will shut down the attraction and assist your group out.
    The attraction will end for the entire group at this point.
    No refunds will be given once the experience begins.

  • Once you are in the room and the attraction has started, if you decide to chicken out, the attraction will end for the entire group and no refunds will be given.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any damaged incurred during the experience.

  • Due to the dark nature of the experience, no photography is allowed in the experience.
    We proved free lockers for all your belongings.

  • No light emitting items can be brought into the experience, as this is a pitch black experience.

  • Just like when you go to sleep at night, you never know what nightmare you might encounter in the dark!
